two weeks after the rush order is placed, and have a guaranteed ship date.
There is a $25 service charge for each keepsake that is placed on RUSH

Check your order status online 24/7 through every stage of the production process. Just click on the
link below and enter your order number and email address that you used
when you placed your order. Status is updated manually every 2-3 days.

you received from us at the time you placed your order. If you do not have
this email confirmation, email us your name and approx. date that you placed your order and we'll send you
