Ordering a custom Little Keepsakes Ceramic Clay Impression online is easy. Simply choose your keepsake from our collection of designs, and place your order through our secure shopping cart. Once your order is processed will send you a clay impression kit to take your child’s impression with our mess-free, ultra-soft impression clay. No mixing required – just open the air tight package, knead it for a few seconds, and press your child’s hand or foot into the clean, marshmallow-soft, non-toxic modeling compound – safe and soft enough for newborns. If you make a mistake or not happy with your impression, simply knead and roll out a new slab and try again. Just let your final impressions air-dry for 48-72 hrs and then ship it back to us in the enclosed packaging that comes with the kit – we will do the rest. Within 6-8* weeks you will receive your finished product delivered to you ready to hang on the wall or display on a shelf. Order Status Updates  (for orders placed after 4/1/2012)

When you place an order for a custom keepsake you will receive automatic email updates with your order status as it goes through the following stages.

1. Awaiting Fulfillment - Online order has been received and we are processing shipment of your impression kit.
2. Partially Shipped - Your impression kit has been shipped and your order is pending receipt of your impression molds.
3. Awaiting Fulfillment - Once your Impression molds have been received back at our studio, your status is set again to Awaiting Fulfillment while your order is in production.  Additionally an estimated date of completion will be available on your order detail page*.
4. Completed - Your order has been completed and is being prepared for shipment.
5. Shipped - Your order has shipped and a new tracking number will be emailed to you.

*Please note: Our custom keepsakes are hand crafted ceramics and our process involves many steps. Delays can occur and your original estimated completion date may change during the production process. The timeframe is an estimate only and we may take longer to deliver your finished keepsake. We appreciate our customers’ patience during the production process.
